Marama Room, LLC is a craft Tiki Bar concept developed by a certified Craft Mixologist with over 22 years of experience as well as 14+ years of High Level Hospitality Management. If fully realized, Marama Room Bar & Grille will burst on the scene and claim it's stake as a leading Craft Tiki Speakeasy with both classic Tiki Cocktails and unique new masterpieces. We will provide an immersive & encompassing escapist type of ambience where you can leave your concerns at the door... Create your own reality, because there is a Story to Tell at the Marama Room!

We strive to create a "buzz" in the industry for our excellence & the quality of our craft Tiki Cocktails. First & foremost, we want to be well known & Celebrated for our authentic Tiki Cocktails as well as for our service, attention to detail & innovative new Craft Tiki Cocktails. 

There are "Four Corners" to the perfect Tiki Bar Experience:

2. Escapist Tiki Ambience
3. Tiki Bar Music! A combination of live musical performances, Exotica, Surf Rock, Rockabilly & Island Music.
4. Access to parking & Excellent Customer Service.

If we achieve the above mentioned goals & expectations, we can expect the proper volume of customers. But that is only half the battle! The proper management & allocations of Net Sales vs. total cost of goods is perhaps the most crucial aspect of a successful business. I have excelled at this task for nearly 15 years while making  ALOT of Bar/Restaurant owners money... 

Now it's time to make us some money while we build a killer Tiki Bar Business!

The ultimate goal for Marama Room, LLC is to be in an independent fully functional venue with all rights reserved, complete business license, Liquor License, Entertainment license & food permits. Unfortunately this type of funding is not available to most "start ups". 

So... Adapt and overcome, right? 

What we are looking for is a "Residency" type of partnership with a pre-existing venue to operate from within the scope of their licenses. Below we will outline how this can be a successful & profitable partnership. With my experience in Bar & Venue Management, I will manage this project and create a successful profit margin. Our goal is to create as small of a "footprint" for the currently operating venue while creating a semi "passive" revenue stream for that business. 

No one can be successful on their own... After all,  "No man is an island!" 

Accordingly, I do not do this alone. I partner with leaders in the industry; Professional promoters, musicians, chefs, bartenders, service staff and liquor distributors. I am well known amongst my peers, colleagues and collaborate frequently for the absolute best results.

We will achieve the aforementioned "Four Corners" of Successful Tiki Bar Management. Once we have achieved this and generated consistent sales, it will be important to manage the following guidelines to guarantee successful profit margins:

1. Labor cost (Including my Percentage) at or below 25% of total net sales.
2. Total cost of goods sold at or below 20% of total net sales.
3. Fixed Cost (Extra employees, utilities, etc.) at or below 10% of total net sales.
4. All extra curricular costs (Ie. entertainment, props, decorations, temporary renovations, etc.) will be paid from my 20% profit share, unless already agreed upon by the venue.
5. An example of how this breaks down is in the next section below:

Below is our Proposal for partnership & how the Profits and Losses versus shared revenue could work for maximum profitability:

• 20% of total net sales to Total cost of Goods sold.
• 20% of total net sales to minority owner/operator (Marama Room, LLC)
• 10% of Total net sales to utilities, additional employees, etc...
• 50% of total net sales to Venue owner.

Example:

1. Open 3 days a week, for a total net sales of $10K.
2. $2K for Total cost of goods sold.
3. $2K to Marama Room, LLC
4. $1K for utilities, additional labor and/or costs.
5. $5k to the own er of the venue.
6. This would net the owner of the venue a potential of $20K/Month, or $240K/year in semi-passive income!

Additionally, Marama Room, LLC is seeking a small business loan anywhere from $15K to $50K to create the perfect Tiki Ambience in order to increase customer retention and increase sales while delivering customer satisfaction. 

As I said before, I do not do this alone! 

Tiki Renovations with notable & renowned interior designers, such as "Bamboo Ben", could cost anywhere from $30K to $300K!! But I have an extensive "Network" of reliable contractors, collectors and volunteers that will help me create an affordable, pleasant and (Most importantly) temporary & easily removable interior ambience design.
